I just started seeing Dr. Lucy Pun. She is a kind and caring physician who listens to her patients. My first appointment she spent the entire hour getting to know me and my concerns. I have never had to wait past my appointment time. I get prompt responses by text and follow up calls from the Doctor about test results. If you have a high deductible plan, it is just so much easier to pay their discounted rates and then submit to insurance to erode the aggregate. Yes it is out of network with a higher deductible but their response time and professionalism is worth it for my health.
