NON-PATIENT LAB ORDERING

Elevated Health’s Non-Member Lab Ordering offers an ever-growing collection of lab tests and panels at a discounted rate. We have built our practice on getting away from “traditional medicine” and restoring the patient/doctor relationship. For those who do not wish to be a membership patient of our primary care practice, we now offer the ability for non-members to order their health and wellness testing through us!

Start by building your own lab panel from Elevated Health’s huge selection of blood and urine tests. Not sure what to order? We offer many pre-built panels that you may also choose from.

Visit a local Quest lab location near you to give your blood work and urine sample to.

CHOOSE YOUR RESULT DELIVERY

Choose how you wish to receive your results. By default, all patients can receive their results via email with no explanation at no additional charge. You also have the ability to upgrade and either receive a brief emailed explanation of your labs or a 30 minute physician consult over the phone!

Frequently Asked Questions

No you don’t! All you need to do is simply order the labs you wish to get. Once your payment is processed, one of our physicians will submit the order electronically and email you a copy of your lab order that you take to your local Quest location.

Depending on the test(s) ordered, you will be asked to leave a urine and/or blood sample.

Nope! Once your order has been placed, you will not have to pay any additional fees for Elevated Health or getting your tests drawn at the lab center.

Depending on the lab tests that are ordered, you may need to fast or avoid taking certain medications prior to testing. If this is the case, you will receive specific instructions when you receive your lab order via email.

Your results will be sent to you within 72 hours of our physicians receiving them. If you have upgraded to a 30 minute physician consult, that will be scheduled within 7 business days of receiving your results.

Nope! Elevated Health is not contracted with insurance companies, although we do accept many different forms of payment.

Due to COVID-19 protocols, many Quest locations have changed the way they accept walk-ins. We always recommend attempting to schedule an appointment at local Quest location online or calling them directly to see if they accept walk-ins.

Right away! Unless your order includes testing that require fasting, you may schedule an appointment at any Quest location.

You can! If you wish to cancel your order at anytime before your visit to the test center, refunds will be issued minus a 20 percent cancellation fee. All cancellation requests must be within 10 days of purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, please call us directly at 714-916-5210 or email daniel@elevatedhealth.md

Since this is a new service that Elevated Health is offering, we are slowly trying to build out our lab panel and testing that is offered. If there is a test that you wish to have, but do not see, please email daniel@elevatedhealth.md for and he will be able to assist you in getting the test you want added.

Once your lab order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been received. You will then receive a lab order that you will need to print out and take with you to the lab.

Elevated Health offers three ways to receive your results! By default, all patients will receive a copy of their results via email. You also have the ability to upgrade your results to the following: Emailed results with physician explanation for $50 or a 30 minute phone consultation for $150.
